Kinsley Gabelman and Emry McLaughlin were among the main playmakers for North Hills Christian as the former posted 13 points along with seven rebounds and five assists and the latter went 7-for-12 to rack up 14 points and seven boards. Thanks to that strong game, McLaughlin now owns an excellent 48.4% field goal percentage. Leah Wippenbeck also deserves some recognition as she grabbed her first steal of the season.
Meanwhile, Gray Stone Day was able to grind out a solid win over Central Academy of Technology & Arts on Wednesday, taking the game 45-33. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
North Hills Christian better focus on containing Anna Morgan and Ellie Niederer as the pair were huge in Gray Stone Day's win. Morgan earned 22 points, while Niederer put up 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Averly Swaringen, who had seven points.
