For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last five times Lausanne Collegiate and St. George have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Saturday. The Lynx blew past the Gryphons 7-0. The result was nothing new for the Lynx, who have now won 14 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Lausanne Collegiate pushed their record up to 24-12 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for St. George's, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Lausanne Collegiate nor St. George's have any future games scheduled.
