Riverside Prep's victory brought them up to 3-7. The loss dropped Excelsior Charter's record to 1-8.
The teams are both focusing on improving their conference standings in their upcoming contests. Riverside Prep will stay at home next week against Silver Valley at 7:00 PM. Silver Valley took a loss in their last contest and are no doubt out to reverse Riverside Prep's good fortune. As for Excelsior Charter, they will face off against Big Bear. Excelsior Charter stagger into the contest hobbled by five consecutive losses while Big Bear skip in buoyed by four consecutive wins.
