In what's become a running theme this season, Edison gave their fans yet another huge victory on Thursday. They put the hurt on McNair with a sharp 8-1 victory. It was an even better day for Davic Dominguez as he scored an excellent three goals for his team.
Edison hit McNair with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Dominguez (3),
Ariel Chavez, and
Erick Covarrubias.
The victory was the fourth in a row for Edison, bringing their record for this year to 18-3-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.8 goals per game. As for McNair, they dropped their record down to 0-16-3 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
Edison will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Chavez at 7:00 p.m. As for McNair, they will head out on the road to square off against Weston Ranch at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
