8A District 7 recap November 13, 2013
St. Petersburg fell to East Lake 54-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Deangelo Reaves was a bright spot for the Green Devils, as he ran for 46 yards and caught 2 passes for 18 yards in the loss.
Palm Harbor University led 8A District 7 in scoring this week by notching 56 points on Gibbs.
Riverview's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Richard James threw for 116 and 2 touchdowns and Paul Williams had 51 yards receiving. On the ground Karon Higdon contributed 180 yards. Lex Sayre helped Riverview's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 34 yards.

The Hurricanes' Tyler Kaminski and Dominick Bonelli have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-1 quarterback Kaminski has thrown for 1,238 yards this season, while Bonelli has 31 catches for 519 yards. Manatee's Trevon Walters leads the league in rushing yards with 1,324.
Palm Harbor University made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 4,138 from 4,689. The improvement was the result of a 56-40 victory over the Gladiators last week.
