Softball Recap: Lakeside Wins Going Away Against Kettle Falls

Lakeside made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Kettle Falls, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Eagles blew past the Bulldogs 14-7 on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won six contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Lakeside now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Kettle Falls, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lakeside will face off against Elma at 12:00 p.m. on the 12th. As for Kettle Falls, they will head out to face off against Newport at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Bulldogs are facing the Grizzlies at the right time seeing as the Grizzlies are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
