Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Southbridge to victory, but perhaps none more so than Miguel Velasquez, who rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown. Velasquez also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, forcing a fumble and making six total tackles. Alexander Bermudez Miranda was another key player, rushing for 66 yards and a touchdown.
Southbridge wouldn't let Murdock keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Southbridge can thank Adrian Melendez and Velasquez for forcing both of them.
Everything came up roses for Blackstone-Millville against Southbridge in their previous matchup back in September of 2023 as the team secured a 37-0 win.
