Bay is 9-1 against the Invaders since February of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Bay Rockets will stay at home for another game and welcome the Normandy Invaders at 7:15 p.m. on February 6th. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.
Last Friday, Bay ended up a good deal behind the Demons and lost 63-44.
Despite the loss, Bay had strong showings from Tommy Mack, who scored 21 points along with seven rebounds, and Collin Melvin, who scored 11 points along with five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mack has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Normandy came up short against the Bucks on Friday and fell 47-34. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Normandy has scored all season.
Bay has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for Normandy, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-8.
Bay skirted past the Invaders 44-42 when the teams last played back in February of 2023. Will Bay repeat their success, or do the Invaders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
