Bradshaw Mountain is a perfect 10-0 against Mohave since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Bears will be playing at home against the Thunderbirds at 12:00 p.m. Bradshaw Mountain is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.9 runs per game this season.

Having struggled with six defeats in a row, Bradshaw Mountain turned things around against Prescott on Thursday. They never let the Badgers get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The Bears not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since March 24th (when they won 13-1).

The result came thanks to Alexa Corey's shutout, as she gave up just two hits and racked up nine Ks.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Laila Silva, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March. Jaslene Valentine was another key player, going 1-for-4 with two runs and one double.

Bradshaw Mountain was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .438. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Meanwhile, Mohave hadn't done well against Prescott recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Thunderbirds narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Badgers 5-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Thunderbirds have posted since March 8th.

Mohave's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-10. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Bradshaw Mountain, their victory bumped their record up to 7-9.

Bradshaw Mountain took their win against Mohave when the teams last played back in March by a conclusive 13-1 score. Do the Bears have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Thunderbirds turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
