On Friday McCluer take on Seckman at 7:00 PM. McCluer come in off of seven low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.
There's no need to mince words: McCluer lost to Hazelwood Central last Saturday, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-40.
Meanwhile, Seckman put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They put the hurt on Oakville with a sharp 49-22 win. The high-flying offensive effort was a definite turnaround from Seckman's flat performance the game before.
Seckman's victory lifted them to 5-1 while McCluer's loss dropped them down to 0-7. We'll find out if Seckman can add another positive mark to their record or if McCluer can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Seckman's step.
