This season hasn't been kind to the Hinsdale Adventist Academy Hurricanes, who are still winless after their tenth matchup. They were dealt a 65-25 loss at the hands of College Prep of America on Wednesday. Hinsdale Adventist Academy has not had much luck with the Thunder recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Ibrahim Elagha was his usual excellent self, scoring 21 points along with eight rebounds and six assists for College Prep of America. Elagha is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for four games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Essa Surti, who scored ten points.
Hinsdale Adventist Academy dropped their record down to 0-10 with that defeat, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for College Prep of America, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-14.
Hinsdale Adventist Academy is on the road again on Thursday and plays the Phoenix at 7:00 p.m. on February 1st. As for College Prep of America, they will stay at home for another game and welcome the Cardinals at 3:30 p.m. on February 3rd.
