Clyde's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Gracie Caperton, who scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Madeline Underwood was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 24 rebounds.
Grape Creek dropped their record down to 13-19 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 26.3 points per game. As for Clyde, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-21.
Grape Creek will take on the Bearcats at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clyde, they will head out on the road to challenge the Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Jim Ned will be looking to extend their current 17-game winning streak.
