The Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs are taking a road trip to  take on the Martinsville Artesians  at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Franklin Community is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5  runs per game  this season.
On Monday, Franklin Community came up short against New Palestine  and fell  4-1. The Grizzly Cubs have struggled against the Dragons recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.
 Franklin Community saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Aubrey Leugers, who  went 1-for-3 with one  stolen base.
Meanwhile, Martinsville was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss. They came up short against  Indian Creek, falling  10-3.
  Adison Ford and  Emma Mowery stepped up to the plate in a big way.  Ford  went 3-for-4 with one  triple, while  Mowery  went 1-for-3 with one  triple, one  run,  and one  RBI. That  triple was  Mowery's first of the season.
 Martinsville's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Franklin Community, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging  on Tuesday. Franklin Community hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season,  having  averaged 0.6  home runs per game. However, it's not like Martinsville struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 0.8  home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
