Diesel Cavallo was the offensive standout of the matchup as he dropped a double-double on 26 points and 11 rebounds. His trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Patton, who scored 17 points along with nine rebounds.
Fort Bragg's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cooper Killion, who scored 11 points. Another player making a difference was Brandon Shellman, who scored nine points along with five rebounds.
Cloverdale now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Fort Bragg, they dropped their record down to 3-15 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cloverdale will take on Lower Lake at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Fort Bragg, they will play host again and welcome Upper Lake, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Upper Lake is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
