Everything went their way against the Landmark Christian Patriots   on Monday as the Family Christian Academy Lions made off with  a  71-47 win. The Lions pushed the score to  60-35 by the end of the third, a deficit the Patriots   cut but never quite recovered from.

Family Christian Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Jaysen Francois, who  dropped  a double-double on 29 points and ten  rebounds. The  game was  Francois' fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was  Ezra Rivera, who  dropped  a double-double on 14  points and 21  boards.
 Family Christian Academy  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 31  offensive boards. That's the most  offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
The  win made it two in a row for Family Christian Academy and  bumps their season record up to 3-9. As for Landmark Christian,  they are  on  a  nine-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Family Christian Academy will take on Christian Learning Academy at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Landmark Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Heritage Christian School  at 6:30  p.m.  on January 23rd.
