The North Atlanta Warriors had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 29.3 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They snuck past Arabia Mountain with a 65-59 victory. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Joseph Smith and Julian Shanks certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Smith scored 20 points along with 3 steals, while Shanks scored 15 points. The matchup was Shanks' seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jaden Ward , who scored 7 points along with 7 rebounds.
North Atlanta's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-2. As for Arabia Mountain, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-3.
North Atlanta will stay at home for another game and welcome Marist at 7:00 p.m. on December 8th. Arabia Mountain will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against M.L. King at 7:30 p.m. on December 8th.
