Chilton won against Two Rivers last Friday with 28 points, and Chilton decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. Everything went Chilton's way against Brillion as they made off with a 28-7 win. That's another feather in the cap for Chilton, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Chilton struggled in the first half and ended with zero points. Brillion couldn't get anything started offensively, either, which meant the halftime score sat untouched at 0-0. The offense for Chilton put that tie to bed by coming up with 28 points in the second half to win the game. The victory bumped their record up to 5-2. The loss dropped Brillion's record to 1-6.
Chilton will stay at home next week against Roncalli at 7:00 PM. Chilton are cruising in on a three-game winning streak while Roncalli are stumbling in off of five consecutive losses. Brillion will be staying on the road, facing off against New Holstein. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
