Lafayette Central Catholic Wins Eighth-Straight Thanks to Jackson Cain
Jackson Cain's big game helped extend Lafayette Central Catholic's winning streak to eight on Friday. Cain turned in nothing short of a gem, making 13 total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Rensselaer Central was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Diego Hernandez-Reyes did his best to prevent it. Logansport had no answer to Hernandez-Reyes as he rushed for 94 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries. Hernandez-Reyes also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making nine total tackles and defending a pass.
Rensselaer Central dropped their record down to 3-6 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. Hernandez-Reyes and Rensselaer Central will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bremen at 7:00 p.m. on November 1st.
