The Olive Branch Conquistadors''s six-game losing streak came to an end on Thursday. They blew past Lake Cormorant 28-6. The win was just what Olive Branch needed coming off of a 49-27 defeat in their prior game.
Olive Branch's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Britten Traylor, who picked up 109 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Raheem Vance also helped out by tossing the rock for 272 yards.
Olive Branch's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Lake Cormorant, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season.
Olive Branch does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lake Cormorant also has no future games currently scheduled.
