Moore barely beat Deer Creek the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Lions were the clear victors by an 8-1 margin over the Antlers on Friday. Considering the Lions have won 14 games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Moore's victory bumped their record up to 23-10. As for Deer Creek, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-15.

Moore does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Deer Creek, they will face off against Mustang at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Broncos' pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so the Antlers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
