If the Trinity Christian Warriors were feeling good off their 73-40 takedown of the Wellsville Tigers last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Trinity Christian took a 56-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cameron on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Trinity Christian of the 47-41 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2023.
Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Carter Hartsock, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds. Chayce Adams was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with two steals.
Trinity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Cameron, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-4.
Trinity Christian will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against East Hardy at 7:30 p.m. East Hardy is coming into the matchup with six straight wins on the road, so Trinity Christian is out to stop a squad with plenty of momentum. Cameron will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Weir at 7:30 p.m. on February 13th.
