The South Bulldogs will face off against the Eastmoor Academy Warriors at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. South is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.2 runs per game this season.

Rashawn Buggs, Jr. and Simeon Rhanes, Jr. did most of the damage at the plate: Buggs, Jr. scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-3, while Rhanes, Jr. scored three runs and stole six bases. With that strong performance, Buggs, Jr. is now averaging an impressive 1.2 stolen bases per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaac Marshall, who scored two runs and stole three bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 20 runs the game before, Eastmoor Academy was a bit more limited in their game on Saturday. They came up short against Groveport-Madison, falling 8-2. The contest marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.
Eastmoor Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mario Blount, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Blount is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.
The win got South back to even at 2-2. As for Eastmoor Academy, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 7-1.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Monday as neither team is afraid to steal. South has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 8 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Eastmoor Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 11.6 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
