Basketball Recap: Gaynor Extends Winning Streak to Three

Gaynor put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Grand Street Campus Wolves by a score of 63-53. Gaynor has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Grand Street Campus, too.

Gaynor's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Grand Street Campus, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Gaynor will host Transit Tech at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Transit Tech knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Gaynor likes a good challenge. As for Grand Street Campus, they will venture away from home to square off against Van Arsdale at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Grand Street Campus is facing Van Arsdale at the right time seeing as Van Arsdale is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
