James F. Byrnes' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Will Fowler led the charge by scoring 22 points. The game was Fowler's 11th in a row with at least ten points. Kayzzin McDowell was another key contributor, scoring 19 points.
James F. Byrnes is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for J.L. Mann, they bumped their record down to 2-8 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
