Lee Summit's Corbin Berkstresser is one of the top 25 pro-style quarterbacks in the country according to MaxPreps, but last Friday he was no match for Raymore-Peculiar's Cameron Coffman.
In a 53-49 shootout, Coffman outdueled Berkstresser in the stat book and on the scoreboard. Coffman's team won the game behind his 536 yards passing, which was the top reported passing yardage mark to MaxPreps this week. Coffman also had six touchdown passes and completed 32 of 48 passes.
Berkstresser was no slouch, throwing for 324 yards in the loss.
