Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Evanston). They skirted past the New Trier Trevians 12-10. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildkits also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

Evanston's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 6-7. As for New Trier, their loss dropped their record down to 12-5-1.

Evanston will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Trevians: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
