The Fort Bend Travis Tigers claimed a resounding 69-21 win over the Fort Bend Elkins Knights thanks in part to Allen, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in blocks (three).

Another player making a difference was Fayrouz Tahir, who went 5 for 9 on her way to 12 points in addition to five boards and three steals. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Fort Bend Travis has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a massive bump to their 18-13 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Fort Bend Elkins, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-16.
