Moundridge entered their tilt with Sterling on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Black Bears by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildcats also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

While Moundridge might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Sterling scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-19.

Moundridge's victory bumped their record up to 31-2-1. As for Sterling, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-14.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Moundridge beat the Black Bears by a score of 2-0 later that day.
