St. Brendan took care of business in their home opener. They blew past Pinecrest Prep 28-0. St. Brendan was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast. This was the first game for both teams, giving St. Brendan a 1-0 record and starting Pinecrest Prep off at 0-1.
Next week, St. Brendan take on Marathon at 4:00 PM. As for Pinecrest Prep, they will face of against Palm Glades Prep Academy. Neither Pinecrest Prep nor Palm Glades Prep Academy could muster much offensive firepower in their last games, so look to the defense to decide this one.
