The Hunt Warriors lost against the Beddingfield Bruins back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Hunt took a hard 61-46 fall against Beddingfield. Hunt has not had much luck with Beddingfield recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Despite the loss, Hunt still got an impressive performance from Ti'asia Taylor, who scored 15 points along with 9 steals. Gracelynn Wolzen was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 6 rebounds.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Beddingfield to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kamyla Hill, who scored 22 points along with 7 steals. Hill is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Natasha Marshall, who scored 19 points along with 8 steals.
Hunt's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Beddingfield, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.
Hunt will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Nash Central at 6:00 p.m. Hopefully Nash Central focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 on Tuesday. As for Beddingfield, they will head out on the road to face off against Fike at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
