It was another big night for Ashley Shroades, who scored 25 points for Southern. That makes it 21 consecutive games in which Shroades has scored at least a third of Southern's points.
David Anderson's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Southern, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.
