Chicago Washington has been on the road for two straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the EPIC Academy The Legends at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.
Last Thursday, Chicago Washington came up short against Chicago Military Academy and fell 53-42.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to EPIC Academy, who are still winless after their 12th match. They were beaten by Bowen 63-15 on Thursday. EPIC Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 32-2.
Despite the defeat, EPIC Academy got a solid performance out of Anthony Donley, who scored ten points.
Chicago Washington has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season. As for EPIC Academy, they bumped their record down to 0-12 with that loss, which was their seventh straight at home.
Chicago Washington came up short against EPIC Academy in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, falling 75-62. Can Chicago Washington avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
