Genoa-Hugo/Karval has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Merino, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Genoa-Hugo/Karval and Burlington will face off at 3:00 p.m. on January 19th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Burlington knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past three games -- so hopefully Genoa-Hugo/Karval likes a good challenge. As for Merino, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Caliche at 4:00 p.m.
