On Friday, CHSA HomeSchool strolled past True North with points to spare, taking the game 70-51. The win made it back-to-back wins for CHSA HomeSchool.
True North's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jaxson Moss, who scored 18 points. Moss has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaac Calisch, who scored 15 points.
The victory got CHSA HomeSchool back to even at 10-10. As for True North, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-6.
CHSA HomeSchool's road trip will continue as they head out to face Aggieland HomeSchool at 11:30 a.m. on January 27th. Aggieland HomeSchool presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than CHSA HomeSchool in Texas (Aggieland HomeSchool is ranked 299th, while CHSA HomeSchool is ranked 709th). As for True North, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Aggieland HomeSchool West at 9:05 a.m. on January 27th.
