Marine City won the last time they faced New Haven and things went their way on Friday too. The Mariners put the hurt on the Rockets with a sharp 15-1 win. The Mariners might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by ten runs or more this season.

Marine City pushed their record up to 7-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for New Haven, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.
