Priceville came tearing into Thursday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.4 points) and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Brewer Patriots 61-39. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 22 points or more this season.

Priceville has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Brewer, their defeat was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Priceville won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Sparkman at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Priceville knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Sparkman likes a good challenge. As for Brewer, they and Hartselle will face off at 5:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
