Goose Creek had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 32.2 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Monday. They blew past the Beaufort Eagles 80-38. The Gators have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 24 points or more this season.

Goose Creek's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.0 points per game. As for Beaufort, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-8.

Goose Creek and Boiling Springs will round out the year against one another at at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Goose Creek knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Boiling Springs likes a good challenge. As for Beaufort, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Ashley Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
