Football Recap: Dynamic Duo of Keyshawn Tyson and Earnest Mcintosh Lead Mcintosh County Academy to Victory

McIntosh County Academy won the last time they faced Claxton and things went their way on Friday too. The Buccaneers came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 22-14. The score was all tied up 14-14 at the break, but the Buccaneers were the (much) better team in the second half.

McIntosh County Academy was led to victory by Earnest McIntosh and Keyshawn Tyson. McIntosh gained 132 total yards and a touchdown, while Tyson gained 37 total yards and two touchdowns. The dominant performance also gave Tyson a new career-high in rushing yards (32).

The victory got McIntosh County Academy back to even at 2-2. As for Claxton, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
