Rockwood's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alexander Norton, who scored 18 points along with 7 rebounds. Ty'varion Pryor was another key contributor, scoring 18 points.
Greenback has yet to win a match at home this season, leaving them with a 0-9 record. As for Rockwood, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.
Greenback will look to defend their home court on Monday against Sequoyah at 6:00 p.m. One thing working in Sequoyah's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three games. As for Rockwood, they will head out on the road to face off against Wartburg Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Wartburg Central comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
