Oasis Academy extended their winning streak to nine on Saturday, bumping their season record up to 20-5 in the process. They blew past the West Wendover Wolverines 17-1. The result was nothing new for the Bighorns, who have now won 17 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.
Oasis Academy let Shayana McNamer and Emma Lewis run wild. McNamer went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs, while Lewis got on base in all four of her plate appearances with four stolen bases, four runs, and one RBI. That's the most stolen bases Lewis has posted since back in April of 2024. Amberlyn Casey was another key player, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI.
