Grace Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Carson Payne led the charge by putting up 20 points along with six assists and three steals. Grace Academy's victory bumped their record up to 17-5. As for Lab University Prep Varsity, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-12.
Grace Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 66-63 defeat against Lee Park Prep on the 31st. Lab University Prep Varsity has also already played their next game, a 59-49 win against Christian Family Academy on the 31st.
