Memphis Business Academy has gone 8-2 against Trezevant recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Memphis Business Academy Execs will welcome the Trezevant Bears at 1:00 p.m. Memphis Business Academy is coming into the match hot, having won their last seven games.
On Tuesday, Memphis Business Academy blew past Crosstown, posting a 72-10 win. The Execs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 22 points or more this season.

Memphis Business Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Tarrin Hill out in front who went 7 of 10 on her way to 18 points along with seven assists and five rebounds. That's the most points Hill has posted since back in November of 2024. Sarai Batts was another key player, going 6 for 7 en route to 14 points in addition to five assists and five steals.
Meanwhile, Trezevant unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 40-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of Memphis Business Academy. While losing is never fun, the Bears can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 216th, while the Execs are ranked 68th).
Memphis Business Academy will need focus on slowing down CIARA THOMAS, one of several Trezevant players who made an impact when they last played. She posted four points along with 12 boards and six blocks. THOMAS has been hot recently, having posted three or more blocks the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of JUSTICE DUNLAP, who put up 13 points in addition to seven rebounds and five steals.
Even though they lost, Trezevant smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Memphis Business Academy's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-7. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.3 points per game. As for Trezevant, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 11-11.
Memphis Business Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Trezevant in their previous matchup on Friday, but they still walked away with a 40-35 victory.
