Ethan Kirby posted a new career-high in stolen bases on Monday. He scored three runs and stole six bases while going 3-for-4, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. Perhaps even more impressive was his lead-up to Monday's match, in which he improved his previous run total for three consecutive games.

Even though Kirby couldn't lead North Valley Baptist over Pinewood, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
