Lake Mills won the last time they faced Palmyra-Eagle and things went their way on Wednesday too. The L-Cats walked away with an 8-5 win over the Panthers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the L-Cats.

Lake Mills' victory bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Palmyra-Eagle, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11-1 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lake Mills will head out to take on Waterloo at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pirates' pitching crew has only allowed 4.1 runs per game this season, so the L-Cats' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Palmyra-Eagle, they will challenge Williams Bay at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
