Constantine is on a three-game streak of home losses (dating back to last season), Parchment a three-game streak of away losses (dating back to last season), but someone's luck is about to change. The Constantine Falcons will be home for the holidays to greet the Parchment Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Constantine will be strutting in after a victory while Parchment will be coming in after a loss.
On Tuesday, Constantine humbled Kellogg with a 57-27 victory.
Among those leading the charge was Bella Cullifer, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jaedyn Herlein, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
Parchment kicked off their season on the road on Wednesday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a hard 39-23 fall against Hackett Catholic Prep.
Constantine's victory ended a ten-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-2. As for Parchment, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Constantine came up short against Parchment in their previous meeting back in February, falling 33-27. Can Constantine avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
