After both having extra time off, the Central Florida Christian Academy Eagles and the First Baptist Christian Academy Crusaders will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field one another at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Central Florida Christian Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11.1 runs per game this season.
Last Tuesday, Central Florida Christian Academy came up short against Jones and fell 8-5. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nipper is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged two or more in each of the last four games he's played.
Meanwhile, First Baptist Christian Academy earned an 11-6 win over Warner Christian Academy last Tuesday.
Like Central Florida Christian Academy, First Baptist Christian Academy also got a great game from a two-way player: Ryan Busler. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over four innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. The dominant performance gave Busler a new career-high in strikeouts. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing Four bases. while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Brendan Calderon, who scored two runs while going 3-for-5. Another player making a difference was Mari Arneaud, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-4.
First Baptist Christian Academy's record now sits at 4-1. As for Central Florida Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
Monday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Central Florida Christian Academy has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .526.
