On Trinity Christian's side, Avery Booker was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits. Booker has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in six consecutive pitching appearances. Booker was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3.
