The Allentown Central Catholic Vikings will challenge the Nativity BVM Green Wave at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Nativity BVM took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Allentown Central Catholic, who comes in off a win.
Allentown Central Catholic is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Louis E. Dieruff with a sharp 15-2 victory on Friday. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Huskies recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Hailey Kahr 2026 and Jenna Dalrymple 2026 made a splash no matter where they played. Throwing, Kahr 2026 struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. Meanwhile, Dalrymple 2026 struck out seven batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Those nine strikeouts gave Kahr 2026 a new career-high. At the plate, Kahr 2026 went 2-for-5 with three RBI and one double, while Dalrymple 2026 went 1-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Gianna Menecola, who fired off three triples, four runs, and three RBI while going 3-for-4. Those three triples gave her a new career-high. Kairi Charles 2026 was another key player, going 3-for-5 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.
Meanwhile, Nativity BVM was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against Tri-Valley, falling 22-2.
Nativity BVM saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chloe Covell, who went 1-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-12. As for Nativity BVM, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.
Allentown Central Catholic took their win against Nativity BVM in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 22-7 score. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Green Wave have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
