Last Monday, Mid Peninsula got the win against Rapid River by a conclusive 42-20. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Mid Peninsula.
Meanwhile, Big Bay de Noc entered their tilt with Mackinac Island with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Big Bay de Noc came out on top against Mackinac Island by a score of 37-27 on Saturday.
Mid Peninsula's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Big Bay de Noc, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-0.
