With a playoff game on the line, the Ganado Indians rose to the challenge on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Hornets 50-22 at home. The result was nothing new for Ganado, who have now won nine games by 22 points or more so far this season.
Bryce Ullman was his usual excellent self, throwing for 288 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per attempt, and also punching in a touchdown on the ground. Luke Bures was another key contributor, picking up 113 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
The win was the third in a row for Ganado, bringing their record for this year to 11-2. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 34 points. As for Holland, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-1.
Ganado will take on Refugio at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Refugio is coming into the game hot, having won their last 12 games. Holland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
